After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, which confirms your order number, item purchased and delivery address.
Please be patient if your order confirmation isn’t delivered to your inbox straight away – it can take a couple of hours. Please ensure that you're checking the correct email address you used to purchase your tea with and check it hasn’t been filtered into your spam/junk mail.
Where is my Teatox?
Please note that the above time frames are stipulated by the delivery companies that we use for delivering our products to each location all over the world. On the rare occasion, there are delays, delivery duration may extend beyond these expected time frames.
If you wish to make a complaint about your product not reaching you within indicated time frame, please contact the postal company in charge of delivering your parcel (this will be found in your delivery confirmation email which will be sent once your order is dispatched) - this will be a much more efficient way of tracking down your parcel and working out why it is delayed. Please do email us if you have contacted the delivery company and are still having difficulties with your order at email@example.com.

This is due to customs issues which are out of our control.
If you change your mind, you can return your order within 60 days of purchase to our warehouse for a full refund. Please note, that returns must be unopened and in the original packaging.
We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for return delivery. So, if you would like to return your product for FREE, please do contact us prior to sending it back to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
As we are all different, we appreciate that our tea may not be suitable for absolutely every body type and so we cannot offer refunds if the tea does not perform the changes you desire.
